About the Role
TechnoTech Solutions is looking for an experienced and client-focused Odoo Functional Consultant to join our Lahore team.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, identify requirements, and translate those requirements into effective Odoo configurations and workflows. You will collaborate with technical teams, guide clients throughout implementation, deliver training, and provide ongoing functional support.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a good understanding of ERP systems and business operations.

Responsibilities
- Conduct client discovery and requirement-gathering sessionsAchieve monthly sales objectives
- Analyze and document existing business processes
- Configure Odoo modules according to client requirements
Prepare functional specifications for custom development
- Test and validate configurations and customizations
- Support data migration and system implementation activities
- Coordinate with developers and technical teams
- Deliver user training and prepare functional documentation
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
- Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
- Identify opportunities to improve client processes through Odoo.
Must Have
- Stronge analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
- Understanding of sales, purchasing, inventory, HR and reporting processes
- Experience with requirement gathering and process mapping
- Ability to prepare clear functional documentation
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Finance or a related field
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Odoo implementation or support
- Experience with another ERP system
- Understanding of accounting and financial workflow
- Experience conducting client workshops and user training
- Knowledge of Odoo CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, and Accounting modules
- Basic understanding of ERP integrations and data migration
